Chinese Executive Chef Victor Lee's culinary adventure had its beginnings in the family. It was his elder brother, then Head Chef in a Malaysian restaurant who inspired him to pick up the ladle and wok at the age of 20. Today, with over 20 years of experience under his belt, with establishments serving Asian and international cuisine, he is responsible for creating many of our signature dishes that are well loved by our guests. An aficionado of seafood, he is passionate about the use of it in the creation of modern cuisine that blends taste, innovation and fiery passion!
